［摘要］某4層鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)辦公樓坐落在深厚濕陷性黃土填土地基上，建成近10年后，地基持續(xù)沉降導(dǎo)致上部結(jié)構(gòu)開裂嚴(yán)重，威脅結(jié)構(gòu)安全。以此辦公樓為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)地基基礎(chǔ)特征、上部結(jié)構(gòu)裂縫分布、深厚地基土層的物理力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行分析，同時(shí)進(jìn)行了地基持力層承載力、沉降的計(jì)算及軟弱下臥層承載力驗(yàn)算及沉降的計(jì)算。根據(jù)分析和計(jì)算結(jié)果，確定了該辦公樓地基沉降原因。通過(guò)系統(tǒng)對(duì)比分析不同加固方案，最終確定了合理的地基加固方案。監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果表明，此加固方案效果良好，地基沉降得到了控制。

Study on reinforcement scheme of an office building with foundation settlement

Abstract: A four-story reinforced concrete frame structure office building is located on a deep collapsible loess foundation. Nearly 10 years after its completion, the continuous settlement of the foundation caused serious cracks of the upper structure, threatening the safety of the structure. Taking the office building as the research object, the foundation features, the distribution of cracks of the upper structure, and the physical and mechanical properties of the deep foundation soil were analyzed. At the same time, the bearing capacity of the foundation bearing layer and settlement were calculated, and the bearing capacity of the weak underlying layer was checked. According to the analysis and calculation results, the reason for the foundation settlement of the office building was determined. Through systematic comparison and analysis of different reinforcement schemes, a reasonable foundation reinforcement scheme was finally determined. The monitoring results show that the reinforcement scheme has a good effect, and the settlement of the foundation has been controlled.
