混凝土強度對鋼筋混凝土橋面板抗沖切性能的影響*

[摘要]為研究不同混凝土強度對鋼筋混凝土橋面板抗沖切性能的影響,在試驗基礎(chǔ)上建立不同混凝土強度的鋼筋混凝土橋面板數(shù)值計算模型。在驗證數(shù)值計算模型正確的基礎(chǔ)上,采用數(shù)值模擬方法分別對鋼筋混凝土橋面板混凝土損傷、應(yīng)力分布、極限承載力及其變化趨勢進行分析。結(jié)果表明,混凝土強度對鋼筋混凝土橋面板彈性模量、延性等性能均有不同程度的影響。以中國規(guī)范GB 50010—2010抗沖切承載力計算公式為基礎(chǔ),采用回歸方法,擬合得到適用混凝土強度為C15~C80的抗沖切極限承載力公式。為驗證提出公式的可靠性,通過對比國內(nèi)外學(xué)者試驗數(shù)據(jù)與各抗沖切承載力公式計算值,認(rèn)為該公式無論在混凝土強度較低還是及較高時,均能較為準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測鋼筋混凝土橋面板極限承載力。

Influence of concrete strength on punching shear resistance performance of reinforced concrete bridge deck

Abstract: In order to study the influence of different concrete strength on punching shear resistance performance of reinforced concrete bridge deck, numerical calculation models of reinforced concrete bridge deck with different concrete strength grades based on the test were established. Based on verifying the correctness of the numerical calculation model, the method of numerical simulation was used to analyze the concrete damage, stress distribution, ultimate bearing capacity and its change trend of the reinforced concrete bridge deck. The results show that the concrete strength has different influence on the elastic modulus and ductility of reinforced concrete bridge deck. Based on the calculation formula for punching shear resistance bearing capacity of Chinese code GB 50010—2010, the formula for punching shear resistance bearing capacity suitable for concrete strength grades of C15~C80 was obtained by regression method. To verify the reliability of the proposed formula, by comparing the experimental data of scholars at home and abroad with the calculated values of the punching shear resistance bearing capacity formulas, it is believed that this formula can more accurately predict the ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced concrete bridge deck  no matter when the concrete strength is low or high.
