裝配式剪力墻鋼筋機(jī)械搭接軸向拉伸試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]鋼筋的有效連接是裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)必須解決的核心問題之一。采用符合《鋼絲繩夾》(GB/T 5976—2006)不銹鋼卡件將鋼筋進(jìn)行機(jī)械搭接,研究此類連接方式的有效性。分別對(duì)采用兩卡件和三卡件鋼筋機(jī)械搭接的試件進(jìn)行單向拉伸試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)表明:提高卡件數(shù)量、增加U型卡件與鋼筋之間接觸面積,對(duì)于提高鋼筋搭接連接的可靠性具有重要意義;當(dāng)采用三卡件時(shí),鋼筋的連接強(qiáng)度大于母材的強(qiáng)度,搭接試件的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線與母材應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線基本一致,滿足工程應(yīng)用的力學(xué)要求,可應(yīng)用于裝配式剪力墻受力鋼筋的等強(qiáng)連接。

Study on axial tensile test of mechanical lapping of steel bars in prefabricated shear walls

Abstract: The effective connection of steel bars is one of the core problems that must be solved in prefabricated structures. Steel bars were mechanically overlapped by stainless steel grips in accordance with Wire Rope Grips (GB/T 5976—2006), and the effectiveness of this kind of connection method was studied. The unidirectional tensile tests were carried out on the specimens with two and three grips of  mechanical lapping of steel bars. The results show that increasing the number of grips and increasing the contact area between U-shaped grips and steel bar is of great significance to improving the reliability of steel bar lap connection. When three grips are used, the connection strength of steel bar is greater than that of the base metal, and the stress-strain curve of the lap specimen is basically the same as that of the base metal, which meets the mechanical requirements of engineering application and can be applied to the equal-strength connection of the stressed steel bar of prefabricated shear wall.
