獨角獸島啟動區(qū)展廳鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及BIM應(yīng)用

[摘要]獨角獸島啟動區(qū)展廳建筑造型突破常規(guī),多重曲面的流線造型構(gòu)建成復(fù)雜的空間異形造型。平面近似橢圓形,立面及屋蓋采用獨特的空間自由曲面。整個外罩形成以中庭漏斗網(wǎng)格筒、外圍立柱、外環(huán)曲線立體桁架及單層網(wǎng)格組成的多重復(fù)雜空間結(jié)構(gòu);屋蓋和采光中庭網(wǎng)格筒室內(nèi)空間結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件外露,采用大高寬比特窄翼緣焊接矩管單層網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)實現(xiàn)建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)、幕墻完美結(jié)合。介紹了本工程的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,屋蓋方案演變及桿件截面優(yōu)選,對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了單體模型及總裝模型分析,論述了結(jié)構(gòu)的變形、內(nèi)力和應(yīng)力分布特點、整體穩(wěn)定性分析,對單層網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)中各類節(jié)點的適用性進行比較,選取關(guān)鍵節(jié)點進行有限元應(yīng)力和剛度分析,確保節(jié)點的受力可靠。同時鑒于結(jié)構(gòu)平面、空間關(guān)系復(fù)雜,對該項目進行了BIM設(shè)計,并介紹了本工程BIM正向設(shè)計流程及其創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用。

Steel structure design and BIM application of exhibition hall in start-up area of Unicorn Island

Abstract: The architectural form of the exhibition hall in the start-up area of Unicorn Island breaks through the convention, and the streamline modeling of multiple curved surfaces forms a complex spatial alien structure. The plane is approximately elliptical, and the facade and roof adopt unique spatial free surface. The whole outer cover forms a multiple complex spatial structure composed of central funnel-shaped support tube, peripheral  column, outer arc-shaped truss and single-layer grid. The interior spatial structure components of roof and atrium daylighting tube are exposed,  and the high-width-ratio extra-narrow flange welded rectangular tube single-layer grid structure is adopted to realize the perfect combination of architecture, structure and curtain wall. The structural system of the project was introduced, as well as the evolution of roof scheme and the optimization of member cross-section, and the structures of monomer model and general assembly model were analyzed. The structural deformation, internal force, stress distribution characteristics and the overall stability analysis were discussed,  and the applicability of various joints in single-layer grid structure was compared. Key joints were selected for finite element stress and stiffness analysis, so as to ensure the reliable bearing capacity of the joints. At the same time, in view of the complex structure plane and spatial relationship, the BIM design of the project was carried out, and the BIM forward design process and its innovative application of the project were introduced.
