[摘要]榆林榆陽機場T2航站樓下部主體結構為鋼筋混凝土框架結構,屋蓋采用樹狀柱與V形斜柱支承的張弦拱梁結構。張弦結構對風荷載較為敏感,為保證風荷載取值的準確性,采用風洞試驗模型、數(shù)值模擬和等效靜力風荷載等方法確定屋面風荷載分布及大小,綜合分析得出了索內施加預應力的最佳值。對各個風向角風荷載作用下索內力進行分析,計算表明在風向角0°和180°時下弦個別拉索呈現(xiàn)松弛狀態(tài),為確保拉索不退出工作,在上弦鋼拱梁內灌注水泥砂漿,采用增加配重的方法能有效抵抗風吸力。對復雜鑄鋼結構節(jié)點進行了有限元分析。對超長樓板進行溫度作用分析,設置溫度鋼筋,提高樓板抗裂性能。采用YJK和MIDAS軟件建立整體模型進行分析,以研究結構整體受力性能。

Structural design on T2 terminal of Yulin Yuyang Airport

Abstract: The lower main structure of T2 terminal of Yulin Yuyang Airport adopts reinforced concrete frame structure, and the roof adopts the string-beam structure supported by tree-like column and V-shaped inclined column. Tension-string structures are sensitive to wind load. In order to ensure the accuracy of wind load value, wind tunnel test model, numerical simulation and equivalent static wind load were used to determine the distribution and magnitude of wind load on the roof. The optimum value of prestress applied in cable was obtained by comprehensive analysis. The analysis of the internal force of the cable under the wind load at each wind angle shows that some of the lower cables show a relaxed state when the wind angle is 0° and 180°. In order to ensure that the cable does not quit working, cement mortar was poured into the upper steel arch beam and the method of increasing the counterweight can effectively resist the wind suction. The finite element analysis of complex cast steel structure joints was carried out. The effect of temperature on super long floor slab was analyzed, and the steel bar with setting temperature was adopted to improve the crack resistance of floor slab. YJK and MIDAS software were used to establish an overall model for analysis to study the overall mechanical performance of the structure
