[摘要]單層雙向正交索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)是由兩個(gè)方向正交拉索組合而成的索網(wǎng)體系。結(jié)構(gòu)施工偏差和構(gòu)件加工誤差引起的索長(zhǎng)誤差會(huì)改變結(jié)構(gòu)的形狀從而改變索力,因此索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)施工控制,首先應(yīng)將索長(zhǎng)誤差控制在一個(gè)可接受的范圍內(nèi),使之對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)的影響最小。以國(guó)家速滑館大跨度單層雙向正交索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)為工程背景,研究了由于拉索索長(zhǎng)誤差引起結(jié)構(gòu)成形態(tài)的索力與理論值偏差問(wèn)題,使用有限元軟件MIDAS Gen研究了單根拉索的誤差敏感性。研究了單根拉索在不同誤差取值下索力的變化規(guī)律和同時(shí)存在的多根拉索誤差對(duì)索力的影響,并根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)原理制定了拉索的誤差控制限值,最后通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證了該限值的正確性。

Study on sensitivity analysis of cable length errors and control limits of single-layer bidirectional orthogonal cable-net structure

Abstract:Single-layer bidirectional orthogonal cable-net structure is a cable net system composed of two orthogonal cables. Cable length error caused by structural construction error and component processing error will change the configuration of the structure and the internal force of the cable. Therefore, the construction control of cable net structure should firstly control the cable length deviation within an acceptable range to minimize its impact on the structural response. Taking the large-span single-layer bidirectional orthogonal cable-net structure of National Speed Skating Oval as the engineering background, the problem of the deviation between the structural cable force and the theoretical value caused by the cable length error was studied. The finite element software MIDAS Gen was used to study the error sensitivity of a single stay cable. Then the variation of the cable force of the single cable under different error values and the influence of the multi-track cable error on the internal force of the structure were studied and the error control limits of the cable was established according to the statistical principle. Finally, the feasibility of this limit was verified by field measurements.
