[摘要]鋁合金材料具有輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)、耐腐蝕性好、可擠壓成型、可循環(huán)利用等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,但鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)的耐火性能較差。利用自行設(shè)計(jì)并搭建的鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)注水防火保護(hù)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺,開展了無保護(hù)鋁合金構(gòu)件、注水鋁合金構(gòu)件、通水鋁合金構(gòu)件受火試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:無防火保護(hù)的鋁合金空心構(gòu)件耐火性能極差,在一定荷載作用下極短時(shí)間內(nèi)就發(fā)生了屈服;水的存在可提高鋁合金空心構(gòu)件的耐火性能,延緩鋁合金構(gòu)件的失效時(shí)間;在火源和水流的共同作用下,火源、鋁合金空心構(gòu)件、水流存在動態(tài)的熱平衡,水流量對鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)注水防火保護(hù)的效果有較大影響,隨著流量的增大,冷卻控溫效果更好。

Experimental study on fire resistance performance of hollow water-filling aluminum alloy member

Abstract: Aluminum alloy material has the advantages of light weight, high strength, good corrosion resistance, extrusion molding, recycling and so on. It is more and more widely used in building structure, but the fire resistance performance of aluminum alloy structure is poor. Using the self-designed and built water fire protection test platform for aluminum alloy structure, the fire test of unprotected aluminum alloy members, water-filled aluminum alloy members and water-connected aluminum alloy members was carried out. The test results show that the hollow aluminum alloy members without fire protection have very poor fire resistance and yield in a very short time under certain load. The presence of water can improve the fire resistance and delay the failure time of aluminum alloy hollow members. Under the joint action of fire source and water flow, there is a dynamic heat balance of fire source, aluminum alloy hollow member and water flow. The water flow has a great influence on the fire protection effect of water injection for aluminum alloy structure. With the increase of the flow, the cooling temperature control effect is better.
