[摘要]某框架核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)高249.95m,Y向高寬比達(dá)到8.2。重點(diǎn)分析了結(jié)構(gòu)的剛重比、層間位移角、剪力墻名義拉應(yīng)力等參數(shù)指標(biāo),并通過在避難層設(shè)置一道加強(qiáng)層,有效提高了結(jié)構(gòu)側(cè)向剛度,使得剛重比等控制參數(shù)滿足規(guī)范要求。通過對(duì)一榀貫通剪力墻伸臂桁架的有限元分析表明,匹配的伸臂桁架剛度可使得伸臂桁架及相連的剪力墻及相關(guān)節(jié)點(diǎn)滿足性能目標(biāo)。針對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)存在斜柱的特點(diǎn),分析了斜柱起始層拉力情況,并通過采取與斜柱相連的框架梁設(shè)置型鋼梁及斜柱與核心筒之間設(shè)置暗梁等措施,有效降低了斜柱對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的影響;對(duì)上述關(guān)鍵部位采取相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施后,對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了大震動(dòng)力彈塑性分析,結(jié)果表明各構(gòu)件能夠滿足預(yù)定的性能目標(biāo)。

Design and analysis for a super high-rise structure with large aspect ratio

Abstract: The height of a frame-corewall structure is 249.95m and the Y-directional aspect ratio reaches 8.2. The stiffness-gravity ratio, inter-story drift angle, shear wall nominal tensile stress and other parameters of the structure were analyzed. By setting an outrigger reinforcement layer in the refuge layer, the lateral stiffness of the structure was effectively improved, and the stiffness-gravity ratio and other control parameters could meet the specification requirements. The finite element analysis of an outrigger truss perforating the shear wall shows that the outrigger truss, the connected shear walls and the associated joints can meet the performance objectives with the matching stiffness of the outrigger truss. According to the characteristics of the inclined column, the tension of the initial layer of the inclined column was analyzed, and the influence of the inclined column on the structure was effectively reduced by adopting the frame girder setting type steel girder connected with the inclined column and the hidden girder between the inclined column and the corewall. After taking the corresponding strengthening measures to the above key parts, the dynamic elastoplastic analysis of the main structure under large earthquake was carried out, the result shows that each component can meet the predetermined performance target.
