[摘要]以變截面開孔組合鋼梁樓蓋為研究對象,采用有限元法模擬計算,驗證了采用規(guī)范算法對變截面開孔組合鋼梁的適用性。分析表明,規(guī)范算法得到的鋼梁應(yīng)力、變形、舒適度等結(jié)果較可靠,且偏于安全。對比分析了有限元模擬計算和規(guī)范算法,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同幾何參數(shù)(變截面段長度、跨中開孔位置、開孔率等)對強度、變形、樓蓋舒適度等指標無顯著影響。 對組合鋼梁樓蓋內(nèi)的鋼筋構(gòu)造、開孔的加勁構(gòu)造給出了建議。

Analysis on design of composite steel beam floor with variable cross section and opening

Abstract: Taking the composite steel beam floor with variable cross section and opening as the research object, the finite element method was used to simulate and calculate, and the applicability of the standard algorithm to the composite steel beam with variable cross section and opening was verified. The analysis shows that the results of stress, deformation and comfort of the steel beam obtained by the standard algorithm are reliable and safe. Through comparative analysis of the finite element simulation calculation and the standard algorithm, it is found that different geometric parameters (length of variable cross section, opening position in the span, opening rate, etc.) have no significant impact on the strength, deformation, floor comfort and other indicators. Suggestions are given on the reinforcement structure and opening stiffener structure in the composite steel beam floor.
