國(guó)家速滑館施工誤差對(duì)索結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)應(yīng)力偏差的影響研究*

[摘要] 國(guó)家速滑館地上鋼結(jié)構(gòu)采用正交索網(wǎng)、環(huán)桁架和幕墻斜拉索組成的空間結(jié)構(gòu)體系,各體系互相關(guān)聯(lián),施工方法和順序?qū)ψ罱K完成的整體結(jié)構(gòu)性能、形態(tài)影響較大,各施工階段誤差影響不可忽略。針對(duì)該體系的張拉施工過(guò)程,進(jìn)行了理論分析和試驗(yàn)研究,明確了施工張拉過(guò)程索力偏差分布規(guī)律及相應(yīng)的張拉補(bǔ)償調(diào)整原則。根據(jù)實(shí)際施工過(guò)程中設(shè)備和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)狀況,制定了適用于該體系的施工張拉方案。通過(guò)索力監(jiān)測(cè)設(shè)備獲取了張拉過(guò)程中及完成后的索系預(yù)應(yīng)力,對(duì)比了實(shí)際工程中索力的偏差與理論分析及試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)論的差異。結(jié)果表明,理論和模型試驗(yàn)確定的施工方法可行,施工誤差在預(yù)期目標(biāo)范圍內(nèi),整體誤差較小,滿(mǎn)足使用需求。

Research on the influence of construction error for prestress deviation in cable structure of National Speed Skating Oval

Abstract: The upper steel structure of National Speed Skating Oval adopts a space structure system composed of orthogonal cable net, ring truss and curtain wall stay cable. Each system is interrelated. The construction method and sequence have a great influence on the overall structural performance and morphology of the final completion, and the error influence in each construction stage cannot be ignored. Theoretical analysis and experimental studies of the construction process of the system were carried out , and the distribution law of cable force deviation and the corresponding tension compensation adjustment principle in the construction tension process were clarified. According to the equipment and site conditions in the actual construction process, the construction tension scheme suitable for the system was formulated. The cable prestress during and after tension was obtained by cable force monitoring equipment, and the difference between the deviation of cable force in practical engineering and the theoretical analysis and experimental research conclusion was compared. The results show that the construction method determined by the theory and model test is feasible. The construction error is within the expected target range, and the overall error is small, which meets the use requirements.
