裝配整體式預(yù)應(yīng)力板柱結(jié)構(gòu)體系抗震性能評估與加固技術(shù)研究

[摘要]介紹了我國20世紀80年代初期建造的裝配整體式預(yù)應(yīng)力板柱結(jié)構(gòu)體系的受力特點,以北京市建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司C座科研樓工程為例,對該結(jié)構(gòu)體系的抗震性能進行了評估,根據(jù)問題研究了各種加固策略、技術(shù)措施,并進行了數(shù)值驗證,構(gòu)建了傳統(tǒng)抗震加固手段與消能減震技術(shù)相結(jié)合的抗震加固方法。評估結(jié)果表明,20世紀80年代初期建造的裝配整體式預(yù)應(yīng)力板柱結(jié)構(gòu)體系在使用40年后,存在整體剛度不足、耗能能力差、水平構(gòu)件承載力不足、結(jié)構(gòu)豎向安全性得到不保證的問題。針對上述問題,提出了4點加固策略:核心筒周圈剪力墻增設(shè)250mm厚鋼筋混凝土加強層,柱頭增設(shè)微型防屈曲支撐,暗梁粘鋼補強,板柱連接節(jié)點增設(shè)鋼牛腿。研究結(jié)果表明,上述加固措施能夠有效提升該結(jié)構(gòu)體系的抗震性能,滿足后續(xù)使用年限30年的要求。

Research on seismic performance evaluation and strengthening technology of slab-column structural system assembled by monolithic prestressing

Abstract: The mechanical characteristic of slab-column structural system assembled by monolithic prestressing constructed in China in the early 1980s was introduced. Taking the NO.C# scientific research building in Beijing Institute of Architectural Design as an example, the seismic performance of the building was evaluated. Various strengthening strategies, technical measures, and numerical analysis were researched according to the existing problems of this structure. Then, the seismic strengthening scheme, which combined the traditional seismic strengthening with energy dissipation and earthquake-reduction technology, was proposed. The results indicate that the slab-column structural system assembled by monolithic prestressing constructed in China in the early 1980s have various problems after 40 years of service, including the low total stiffness of the structure, the poor capacity of seismic energy dissipation, the low bearing capacity of the horizontal components, and the bad vertical security of the structure. According to the existing problems of the structure, four strengthening methods were proposed: a reinforced concrete surface layer with 250mm thick was added to the core tube; the miniature BRBs were added at the top of the columns; the steels were bonded to the concealed beams; the position of plate-column connection was strengthened by the steel bracket. The seismic calculation and numerical analysis shows that the abovementioned strengthening methods can effectively improve the seismic performance of the structure and meet the requirement of 30 years of subsequent service.
