［摘要］在國(guó)家相關(guān)政策的引導(dǎo)和支持下，全國(guó)各地涌現(xiàn)出大量裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅項(xiàng)目。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅以其裝配率優(yōu)勢(shì)和輕質(zhì)、高強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)為住宅設(shè)計(jì)帶來(lái)了新的思路。然而，新事物的出現(xiàn)和高速發(fā)展必定伴隨著許多質(zhì)疑和盲點(diǎn)，制約了裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用。以裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)高層住宅設(shè)計(jì)中的一些實(shí)踐和設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)為基礎(chǔ)，從設(shè)計(jì)角度，結(jié)合實(shí)際項(xiàng)目中遇到的典型問(wèn)題，對(duì)裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)高層住宅的設(shè)計(jì)和應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究和探索，以期為相關(guān)領(lǐng)域從業(yè)人員提供參考。

 Design practice and thinking of prefabricated steel structure high-rise residential building

Abstract: Under the guidance and support of relevant national policies, a large number of prefabricated steel structure residences projects have emerged all over the country. With the advantages of assembly rate, light weight and high strength, steel structure brings a new idea for residence design. However, the emergence and development of new things must be accompanied by many doubts and blind spots, which has restricted the growth and application of prefabricated steel structure residences. Base on some practices and design points in the design of prefabricated steel structure high-rise residential buildings, from the design perspective, combined with typical problems encountered in actual projects, the design and application of prefabricated steel structure high-rise residential buildings were studied and explored to provide reference for practitioners in related fields.
