[摘要]沈陽(yáng)金廊超高層塔樓地下5層,地上71層,建筑檐口高度為330m,采用鋼骨混凝土框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)。通過(guò)比選結(jié)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)層設(shè)置方案,確定了加強(qiáng)層數(shù)量、伸臂桁架及腰桁架的設(shè)置方案。基于有限剛度原則,伸臂桁架腹桿采用防屈曲支撐,以避免加強(qiáng)層剛度突變。針對(duì)最小剪重比不滿足規(guī)范要求的情況,采用放大樓層地震力和調(diào)整規(guī)范反應(yīng)譜的方法提高樓層剪重比。塔樓核心筒在49層及以上樓層收進(jìn),收進(jìn)部位及其上下1層按性能化設(shè)計(jì)理念采取加強(qiáng)措施,以減弱結(jié)構(gòu)突變程度。對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了彈性和彈塑性時(shí)程分析,結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)可滿足預(yù)設(shè)的性能目標(biāo)。最后介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)體系關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)方法。

Seismic design of 330m super high-rise tower structure in Shenyang Golden Corridor

Abstract: The super high-rise tower in Shenyang Golden Corridor has 71 floors overground and 5 floors underground with building cornice height of 330m. The building adopts steel reinforced concrete frame-reinforced concrete core walls structure. Through comparison and selection of structural reinforcement layer setting plans, the number of reinforcement layers, the setting plan of outrigger truss and waist truss were determined. According to the limited stiffness principle, the buckling restrained braces were used in the web of outriggers truss to avoid the stiffness mutation of strengthening layer. In view of the situation that the minimum shear-gravity ratio does not meet the code requirements, the method of amplifying the seismic force of the floor and adjusting the code response spectrum were adopted to increase the floor shear-gravity ratio. The core tube of the tower is retracted on the 49th floor and above, and the retracted part and the upper and lower floors adopt strengthening measures according to the performance-based design concept to reduce the degree of structural mutation. The elastic and elastic-plastic time-history analyses of the structure were executed, the results show that the structure can fulfil expected seismic performance targets. Finally, the design methods of key members were introduced.
