北京冬季奧運(yùn)村人才公租房項目結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能分析*

[摘要]為研究采用鋼框架-防屈曲鋼板墻結(jié)構(gòu)的北京冬季奧運(yùn)村人才公租房項目的抗震性能,建立了反映兩邊連接防屈曲鋼板墻受力特點(diǎn)的簡化模型——等效交叉支撐模型,介紹了等效交叉支撐模型中初始剛度、單根支撐的等效截面面積、支撐屈服強(qiáng)度等關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的計算方法。選取典型戶型結(jié)構(gòu),建立鋼框架-防屈曲鋼板墻結(jié)構(gòu)整體精細(xì)化有限元計算模型,研究該雙重抗側(cè)力體系的變形特點(diǎn)、構(gòu)件失效順序、塑性發(fā)展模式、內(nèi)力分配關(guān)系以及結(jié)構(gòu)剛度退化過程;對防屈曲鋼板墻在結(jié)構(gòu)中的消能減震能力進(jìn)行評價。通過該類結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的研究分析表明,結(jié)構(gòu)滿足“大震不倒”的抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)。

 Seismic behavior analysis of public rental housing project of Beijing Winter Olympic Village

Abstract: In order to study the seismic performance of public rental housing project of Beijing Winter Olympic Village with steel frame-buckling restrained steel plate wall structure, a simplified model of an equivalent cross brace model which can reflect the force characteristics of buckling restrained steel plate wall with two side connections was established, and the calculation methods of the initial stiffness, the equivalent section area of single brace, the yield strength of brace and other key parameters in the equivalent cross brace model were introduced. A typical house structure was selected,and the refined finite element model of steel frame-buckling restrained steel plate wall structure was established to study the deformation characteristics, member failure sequence, plastic development mode, internal force distribution relationship and structural stiffness degradation process of the dual lateral force resisting system. The energy dissipation capacity of buckling restrained steel plate wall in the structure was evaluated. Through the research and analysis of the seismic performance of this kind of structure, it shows that the structure can meet the seismic fortification goal of "no collapse under big earthquakes".
