[摘要]溫州某金融廣場(chǎng)由三座100m高塔樓+上部弧長(zhǎng)約300m的圓弧形船體建筑組成,船體建筑采用摩擦擺支座與塔樓相連,為體型特別不規(guī)則的巨型復(fù)雜高層連體結(jié)構(gòu),塔樓采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,上部圓弧形船體采用巨型空間鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。項(xiàng)目集高層連體、大跨、重載于一體,特別是頂部船體巨型空間桁架,溫度作用大,且溫州地處臺(tái)風(fēng)高發(fā)地區(qū),瞬時(shí)最大風(fēng)力達(dá)12級(jí)以上。針對(duì)本工程的特點(diǎn),提出了適用于臺(tái)風(fēng)區(qū)的高位連體大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)隔震體系,解決了地震、強(qiáng)風(fēng)、溫度效應(yīng)等多工況耦合的設(shè)計(jì)難題,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)安全性進(jìn)行研究,采取了相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施。著重闡述了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中的一些關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題及相應(yīng)的處理措施,包括結(jié)構(gòu)體系、整體分析、性能評(píng)估、關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件等。

Study on design of giant and complex high-rise conjoined structure in coastal areas

Abstract: A financial plaza in Wenzhou is composed of three 100-metre-high towers and a 300-meter-long arc-shaped hull building. The hull building is connected with the tower by friction pendulum bearings,which is a huge complex high-rise conjoined structure with irregular shape. The towers adopt reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system, and the upper circular arc hull adopts giant space steel truss structure system. This project integrates high-rise, large-span and heavy-duty structures, especially the hull giant space truss which has a great effect on temperature. Wenzhou is located in the area with high typhoon incidence, and the instantaneous maximum wind power is above grade 12.In view of the characteristics of this project, the isolation system of high-position connected long-span structure suitable for typhoon area was put forward, the design problem of coupling of earthquake, strong wind, temperature effect and so on was solved, and the safety of structure was studied, corresponding measures have been taken to strengthen it. Some key problems in structural design and corresponding treatment measures were expounded emphatically, including structural system, overall analysis, performance evaluation, key components, etc.
