[摘要]重慶大悅城屬于大型商業(yè)綜合體,項目場地東北高西南低,最大高差約60m,中央?yún)^(qū)域存在深度達20~30m且不足5年回填土的特點,針對基礎(chǔ)穩(wěn)定性采用整體建模協(xié)同分析的手段進行了分析研究。裙房屬于連體結(jié)構(gòu),南北區(qū)域以三道連廊相接,采用有限元軟件對裙房的地震作用及溫度應力進行計算分析;中部通廊(Tube)為超長結(jié)構(gòu),對Tube進行了溫度應力分析,針對端部大懸挑進行了抗震分析及防連續(xù)倒塌分析。本項目塔樓及裙房均為超限結(jié)構(gòu),采用性能化設計手段及非線性時程輔助分析,對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了細致、全面的分析,分析結(jié)果可滿足預設的性能目標要求。

Structural design mainpoints of Chongqing Joy City

Abstract: Chongqing Joy City is a large commercial complex. The site of this project is high in the northeast and low in the southwest, with the maximum height difference of about 60m. In the central area of the site, the backfill last less than 5 years and has a depth of 20~30m. The stability of the foundation was analyzed and studied by means of integrated modeling and collaborative analysis. The podium is a conjoined structure, and the north and south areas are connected by three corridors. The finite element software was used to analyze the seismic action and temperature stress of the podium. The middle corridor (Tube) is an ultra-long structure. The temperature stress analysis of the Tube was carried out, and the seismic analysis and progressive collapse analyses were carried out for the large cantilever at the end. The towers and podiums of this project are all over-limit structures. The performance-based design method and nonlinear time history auxiliary analysis were used to analyze the structure detailly and comprehensively, the analysis results can meet the preset performance requirements.
