[摘要]塔吉克斯坦議會大樓的抗震設防烈度9度(0.4g),建筑高度74.94m,建筑平面輪廓尺寸185m×115m,通過設置變形縫(兼防震縫)將主體結構分為4個結構單元,均采用框架-剪力墻結構體系。對地震作用的塔方計算方法進行了詳細介紹,對中塔雙方計算地震位移和配筋設計時的地震效應進行了對比分析,判定結構是否超限并結合塔方特殊技術條款制定出合理的加強措施。介紹了小震彈性分析結果和中震不屈服設計參數(shù),利用大震靜力彈塑性分析查找了結構的薄弱部位和評估結構的抗震性能,最后指出援外項目設計時需注意的一些問題。結果表明,本項目按中國規(guī)范進行抗震設計滿足塔方規(guī)范要求,加強措施合理,整體結構及構件設計滿足性能化目標。

Structural design of Tajikistan Parliament Building project

Abstract: The seismic fortification intensity of Tajikistan Parliament Building is 9 degrees (0.4g). The height of the building is 74.94m, and the outline size of the building plane is 185m×115m. The main structure is divided into 4 structural units by setting deformation joints (also seismic joints), all of which adopt frame-shear wall structure system. The method to calculate earthquake actions according to Tajikistan standards was introduced in details, and the seismic responses of the seismic displacement and reinforcement design calculated by Tajikistan standards and Chinese standards were compared and analyzed to determines whether the structure exceeds design limit and develops reasonable strengthening measures considering specific technical requirement from Tajikistan side. The elastic analysis results under small earthquakes and the non-yielding design parameters under moderate earthquakes were introduced. The weak parts of the structure were found and the seismic performance of the structure was evaluated by the static elastic-plastic analysis of large earthquakes. Finally, some issues that need to be paid attention to when designing foreign aid projects were pointed out. The results show that the seismic design of the project in accordance with Chinese standards can meet the requirements of the Tajikistan standards, the strengthening measures are reasonable, and the overall structure and component design can meet the performance goals.
