[摘要]小米移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)園主體結(jié)構(gòu)形式采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),連體部分采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。由于該工程存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、豎向構(gòu)件不連續(xù)、連體、結(jié)構(gòu)局部轉(zhuǎn)換等超限項(xiàng),因此工程采用性能化的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,按多個(gè)軟件計(jì)算校核,計(jì)算結(jié)果按多個(gè)模型分別計(jì)算并采用包絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì),且提出詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)措施。對(duì)連體結(jié)構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度、支座位移、兩側(cè)樓板應(yīng)力、舒適度以及轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的承載力、墻肢拉應(yīng)力等進(jìn)行分析,使其能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)預(yù)設(shè)的抗震性能目標(biāo)。采用天然地基變厚度平板式筏形基礎(chǔ)加抗浮樁方案,有效控制基礎(chǔ)各部分的沉降差異。

Structural design of Xiaomi Mobile Internet Industrial Park

Abstract:The main structure of Xiaomi Mobile Internet Industrial Park adopts frame-shear wall structure, and the conjoined part adopts steel structure. Due to the existence of the exceeded over-limit items of this project, which including torsional irregularity, discontinuous of vertical members, conjoined structure, partial structural transformation, and etc., a performance-based seismic design method and the calculation is checked by multiple programs was adopted for the project. The calculation results were calculated by multiple models and envelope design was adopted, and detailed design measures were proposed. The strength of the conjoined structure, the displacement of the support, the stress of both sides of the floor, the comfort, the bearing capacity of the conversion structure and the tensile stress of the wall were analyzed to achieve the preset seismic performance goals. The settlement difference of each part of the foundation was effectively controlled by using the natural foundation variable thickness flat raft foundation plus anti-floating pile scheme.
