西南民居穿銷透榫節(jié)點抗彎性能研究*

[摘要]西南傳統(tǒng)民居主要為榫卯連接的木結(jié)構(gòu),穿銷透榫連接方式是其主要連接方式之一,為了研究西南地區(qū)木結(jié)構(gòu)中的穿銷透榫節(jié)點力學(xué)性能,以實際工程為例設(shè)計了兩個足尺節(jié)點并進(jìn)行節(jié)點彎曲的單調(diào)加載試驗,獲得節(jié)點的彎矩-轉(zhuǎn)角曲線、拔榫量-轉(zhuǎn)角曲線和彎矩-應(yīng)變曲線,并觀察節(jié)點的失效形態(tài)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)穿銷透榫節(jié)點在單調(diào)加載的情況下,其彎矩-轉(zhuǎn)角曲線大致為彈性受力階段、塑性發(fā)展階段,節(jié)點破壞主要為木材的局部壓縮導(dǎo)致節(jié)點變形過大而失去承載能力。在試驗基礎(chǔ)上,建立穿銷透榫節(jié)點單調(diào)加載下的理論模型,推導(dǎo)出節(jié)點的理論公式,并運(yùn)用有限元軟件對節(jié)點單調(diào)加載抗彎性能進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬分析,將理論模型、試驗數(shù)據(jù)和數(shù)值模擬進(jìn)行比較,三者吻合度較好。

Research on flexural behavior of tenon joint with penetrating pin for residential buildings in Southwest China

Abstract: Traditional residential buildings in Southwest China are mainly made of timber structures with tenon and mortise joints. The connection method of tenon joint with penetrating pin is one of its main connection methods. In order to study the mechanical properties of tenon joint with penetrating pin in timber structures in Southwest China, two full-scale joints were designed with actual engineering as an example, and the joints were bent to monotone loading tests. Experiments were performed to obtain the bending moment-rotation curve, the tenon amount-rotation curve and the bending moment-strain curve of the joint, and the failure mode of the joint was observed. The study finds that under the condition of unidirectional loading, the bending moment-angle curve of the tenon joint with penetrating pin is roughly in the elastic stress stage and the plastic development stage. The damage of the joint is mainly caused by the local compression of the timber, which causes the joint to deform too much and lose the bearing capacity. On the basis of the test, a theoretical model of the tenon joint with penetrating pin under one-way loading was established, and the theoretical formula of the joint was deduced, and the finite element software was used to perform numerical simulation analysis on the flexural behavior of the joint under one-way loading, and the theoretical model, experimental data and numerical simulation were compared to find that the agreement of the three is good.
