深圳某高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)方案比選與技術(shù)經(jīng)濟分析

[摘要]為了研究高層建筑鋼框架-偏置筒體結(jié)構(gòu)、鋼筋混凝土框架-偏置筒體結(jié)構(gòu)在結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)性和經(jīng)濟性上的特點,對兩種不同結(jié)構(gòu)體系的抗震性能、空間利用率和造價成本進行了分析比較。以深圳某高層建筑為例,對采用兩種不同結(jié)構(gòu)體系下結(jié)構(gòu)的變形、抗震性能、空間利用率、工程造價、工期等方面進行綜合比較分析。研究結(jié)果顯示:在抗震性能方面,采用鋼框架-偏置筒體結(jié)構(gòu)方案的結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能更優(yōu);在空間利用率方面,采用鋼框架-偏置筒體結(jié)構(gòu)方案的結(jié)構(gòu)空間利用率更大;在工程造價方面,采用鋼框架-偏置筒體結(jié)構(gòu)比采用鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)方案的結(jié)構(gòu)造價更高;在工期方面,采用鋼框架-偏置筒體結(jié)構(gòu)方案主塔樓標準層總施工工期更短。

Structural  scheme comparison and technical economic analysis of high-rise building in Shenzhen

Abstract:In order to study the structural technical and economic characteristics of high-rise building steel frame-offset tube structure and reinforced concrete frame-offset tube structure, the seismic performance, space utilization rate and cost of two different structural systems were analyzed and compared. Taking a cultural center in Shenzhen as an example, the deformation, seismic performance, space utilization rate, engineering cost and construction period of the structure under two different structural systems were comprehensively compared and analyzed. The research results show that: in terms of seismic performance, steel frame-offset tube structure has better structural seismic performance. In terms of space utilization, the space utilization rate of steel frame-offset tube structure is greater. In terms of engineering cost, steel frame-offset tube structure is more expensive than the reinforced concrete structure. In terms of construction period, the total construction period of the standard floor of the main tower of steel frame-offset tube structure is shorter.
