鋼結(jié)構(gòu)模塊波紋板抗側(cè)剛度及設(shè)計(jì)方法研究*

[摘要]鋼結(jié)構(gòu)模塊建筑由于具有綠色環(huán)保、能耗低、施工效率高、勞動(dòng)力需求少等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在國(guó)家大力推廣下迎來(lái)了發(fā)展的上升期。然而,模塊建筑不同于傳統(tǒng)建筑形式,特別是在通用結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)軟件中,不能直接建立波紋板的計(jì)算模型,用有限元分析軟件進(jìn)行分析又不便于工程應(yīng)用。為此,首先基于理論推導(dǎo)的抗側(cè)剛度公式提出了便于通用結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)軟件建模的波紋板等效彈簧簡(jiǎn)化模型,并與試驗(yàn)值對(duì)比驗(yàn)證其合理性;然后通過(guò)對(duì)跨度、波紋板厚度、波峰高度和波長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行參數(shù)化分析,驗(yàn)證等效彈簧簡(jiǎn)化方式的適用性;最后以靜海白領(lǐng)宿舍公寓項(xiàng)目為背景,建立波紋板剛度等效前后的MIDAS Gen整體分析模型,對(duì)比了它們?cè)谙嗤奢d作用下的整體結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明,波紋板在抗側(cè)和受力方面可以發(fā)揮明顯的作用,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)充分考慮其貢獻(xiàn)。

  Research on side stiffness and design method of corrugated plate in steel structure module

Abstract: Due to the advantages of green environmental protection, low energy consumption, high construction efficiency and low labor demand, the steel structure modular building has ushered in an upward period of development under the vigorous promotion of the country. However, the modular building is different from the traditional building form. Especially in the general structural design software, the calculation model of corrugated plate cannot be directly established, and the finite element analysis software is not convenient for engineering application. To this end, a simplified model of corrugated plate equivalent spring was proposed based on the theoretical derivation of lateral stiffness formula, which was convenient for the modeling of general structural design software, and its rationality was verified by comparing with the experimental value. Then, the applicability of the equivalent spring simplification method was verified by parametric analysis of span, corrugated plate thickness, peak height and wavelength. Finally, based on the Jinghai white-collar dormitory apartment project, the MIDAS Gen overall analysis model before and after the corrugated plate stiffness equivalence was established, and their overall structural responses under the same load were compared. The results show that the corrugated plate can play a significant role in lateral resistance and stress, and its contribution should be fully considered in structural design.
