RCS混合干法框架梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]基于梁柱頂?shù)捉卿撨B接節(jié)點(diǎn)的良好耗能能力特點(diǎn),提出了一種由頂?shù)捉卿撨B接的預(yù)制鋼筋混凝土柱與型鋼梁干法連接的梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)連接形式。以梁柱邊節(jié)點(diǎn)為研究對象,針對兩組6個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)分別開展了單調(diào)靜力加載及循環(huán)加載試驗(yàn)研究,探討分析了該類型節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗彎性能、抗震性能以及相應(yīng)的破壞模式。單調(diào)靜力加載試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,梁高的增加不但會延遲螺栓滑移,還會提高節(jié)點(diǎn)的初始轉(zhuǎn)動剛度和節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗彎承載力;梁端螺栓排數(shù)的提高不僅會增加節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗彎承載力,在一定程度上還避免了滑移現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生。循環(huán)加載試驗(yàn)考察了各個(gè)試件的滯回曲線、耗能、剛度、延性。結(jié)果表明,RCS混合干法框架梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)是一種典型的半剛性連接節(jié)點(diǎn),與現(xiàn)有的現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)相比具有更好的耗能能力和延性。

 Experimental study on beam-column joints of RCS dry-mixed frame

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of good energy dissipation capacity of beam-column top and bottom angle steel joints, a kind of dry-connection form of beam-column joint of prefabricated reinforced concrete column connected by top and bottom angle steels was proposed. Taking the beam-column side joint as the research object, the monotonic static loading and cyclic loading tests were carried out for two groups of six joints respectively, and the flexural performance, seismic performance and corresponding failure mode of this type of joint were discussed and analyzed. The monotonic static loading test results show that the increase of beam height not only delays the bolt sliding, but also improves the initial rotational stiffness and flexural capacity of the joint. The increase of bolt row at the beam end not only increases the flexural capacity of the joint, but also avoids the occurrence of slip to a certain extent. The hysteretic curve, energy consumption, stiffness and ductility of each specimen were investigated by cyclic loading test. The results show that the beam-column joints of RCS dry-mixed frame is a typical semi-rigid connection, which has better energy dissipation capacity and ductility than the existing cast-in-place reinforced concrete beam-column joint.
