考慮水浮力影響的主裙樓一體高層建筑地基承載力實用計算

[摘要]對于高層建筑,考慮裙樓范圍地下室或純地下室對主樓基礎(chǔ)側(cè)限的影響時,需將裙樓或純地下室的總荷載折算成土層厚度來進行主樓基礎(chǔ)的深度修正計算。經(jīng)對某實際工程地基承載力的分析發(fā)現(xiàn),如果僅在折算等效土層厚度時扣除地下水浮力的不利影響,會明顯低估本工程地基承載力。強調(diào)計算地基承載力時,不僅要考慮地下水浮力的不利影響,也要考慮地下水浮托力的有利影響。同時,可以根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)形式、土層厚度及基礎(chǔ)寬度等因素,分區(qū)域計算高層建筑地基的基底荷載和地基承載力,以便全面反映地基的受力狀態(tài)。所建議的計算方法是一種建立在規(guī)范基礎(chǔ)之上的改進算法,適用于密實砂土和堅硬黏土地基。

Practical calculation of foundation bearing capacity for high-rise building with integrated main building and podium considering the influence of water buoyancy

Abstract: For high-rise buildings, when considering the influence of the basement or pure basement in the podium area on the side limit of the main building foundation, the total load of the podium or pure basement needs to be converted into the thickness of the soil layer to carry out the depth correction calculation of the main building foundation. After the foundation bearing capacity of an actual project were analyzed, it is found that if only the negative influence of groundwater buoyancy is deducted when the equivalent soil layer thickness is converted, the foundation bearing capacity of the project will be significantly underestimated. It is emphasized that when calculating the bearing capacity of foundations, not only the adverse effects of groundwater buoyancy, but also the beneficial effects of groundwater buoyancy must be considered. At the same time, according to factors such as structural form, soil thickness and foundation width, the base load and foundation bearing capacity of high-rise building foundations can be calculated by region, so as to fully reflect the stress state of the foundation. The proposed calculation method is an improved algorithm based on specifications, suitable for compact sand and hard clay foundations.
