[摘要] 為明確內(nèi)置薄壁H鋼木組合梁所采用的抗剪螺釘+環(huán)氧樹脂粘膠復(fù)合連接界面的組合受力機理和受力性能,進行了單純抗剪螺釘連接、單純環(huán)氧樹脂粘膠連接和抗剪螺釘+環(huán)氧樹脂粘膠復(fù)合連接界面的推出試驗,以研究三種組合連接界面的破壞模式,獲取三種組合連接界面的荷載-位移關(guān)系曲線、開裂荷載、極限荷載和有效抗滑移剛度等。分析結(jié)果表明,抗剪螺釘+環(huán)氧樹脂粘膠復(fù)合連接綜合了單純抗剪螺釘連接和單純環(huán)氧樹脂粘膠連接的各自受力特性,避免了單純抗剪螺釘連接和單純環(huán)氧樹脂粘膠連接的脆性破壞特征,相對于單純抗剪螺釘連接和單純環(huán)氧樹脂粘膠連接表現(xiàn)出更高的連接界面抗剪承載力,并具有很好的延性和界面殘余抗剪承載力。提出了連接界面抗剪承載力計算公式,該公式可用于計算單純抗剪螺釘連接、單純環(huán)氧樹脂粘膠連接和抗剪螺釘+環(huán)氧樹脂粘膠復(fù)合連接界面抗剪承載力,計算結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果吻合較好。

Experiment study on connect interface mechanical properties of built-in thin-walled H-section steel wood composite beam

Abstract: In order to clarify the combined mechanical mechanism and the mechanical properties of the composite connection combined the shear screw and the epoxy resin viscose, which was used in the built-in thin-walled H-section steel-wood composite beam, push out tests of shear screw connection, epoxy resin adhesive connection and composite connection combined the shear screw and the epoxy resin viscose were carried out to study the failure modes of three composite connection interfaces, and the load-displacement relationship curves, the cracking load, the ultimate load and the effective serviceable stiffness were also obtained for three different connection interfaces. The analysis indicate that the composite connection combines the mechanical characteristics of the simple shear screw connection and the simple epoxy resin adhesive connection, and avoids the brittle failure characteristics of the simple shear screw connection and the simple viscose connection, compared with the simple shear screw connection and the simple epoxy resin adhesive connection, it shows higher interface shear-resistant capacity characteristics, good ductility, as well as good residual shear-resistant capacity.The interface shear-resistant capacity calculating formulas were presented for the simple shear screw connection, the simple epoxy resin viscose connection, and the composite connection combined the shear screw and the epoxy resin viscose, the formulas calculating results agrees well with the experimental results.
