回字形環(huán)山地建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

[摘要]中央美院青島創(chuàng)業(yè)中心項目為角部重疊的回字形山地建筑,采用了框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系。主體建筑結(jié)構(gòu)總高度為54m,坐落在三個臺地上,每兩個相鄰臺地高差10m左右。掉層處采用“掉層脫開式且有拉梁” 的方式進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)布置。結(jié)合山地建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的基本概念和受力特點(diǎn),介紹了本項目的結(jié)構(gòu)處理方式和設(shè)計難點(diǎn),采用PKPM,MIDAS Building,SAUSAGE軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了彈性反應(yīng)譜法分析、彈性時程分析、動力彈塑性時程分析和抗震性能設(shè)計,同時針對各種不利因素采取了相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施,確保了結(jié)構(gòu)安全。

 Structural design of square-ring shape building on the slope

Abstract:Qingdao Venture Center project of the Central Academy of Fine Arts is a square-ring shape building with overlapping corners on three slopes, and frame-shear wall structure system is adopted. The main building structure has a total height of 54m and is located on three terraces slopes a height difference of about 10m between every two adjacent slopes. The structure is arranged in the way of "dropping off the floor and arranging the beams". According to the basic concepts and stress characteristics of structure on the slope, the structural treatment methods and designed difficulties of the project were introduced. Programs PKPM,MIDAS Building,SAUSAGE were used to conduct the elastic response spectrum analysis, elastic time history analysis, dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis, and performance-based seismic design. Corresponding strengthening measures have been taken for various unfavorable factors to ensure structural safety.
