日照市日廣中心A塔樓超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要] 日照市日廣中心A塔樓采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)構(gòu)高度178.45m,為B級(jí)高度的高層建筑。主要介紹了工程結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)選型、超限情況、斜柱分析,并提出相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施。采用PKPM和MIDAS Building兩種軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了多遇地震作用下的整體計(jì)算,并采用彈性時(shí)程分析法進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充驗(yàn)算。采用等效彈性分析法進(jìn)行了抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì),保證主要構(gòu)件在設(shè)防地震和罕遇地震作用下的性能要求。罕遇地震作用下,采用SAUSAGE軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析,保證了結(jié)構(gòu)大震不倒并找到薄弱部位進(jìn)行加強(qiáng)。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的抗震性能,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)“三水準(zhǔn)”抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)。

  Out-of-code high-rise structural design on tower A of Rizhao Riguang Center

Abstract: Tower A of Rizhao Riguang Center adopts reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system, with a structural height of 178.45m, which is a high-rise building with a B-level height. The characteristics of engineering structure, structure selection, the out-of-code situation and analysis of inclined columns were mainly introduced, and corresponding strengthening measures were put forward. Two softwares, PKPM and MIDAS Building were used to conduct the elastic calculation under the frequently occurred earthquakes, and the elastic time-history analysis method was used for supplementary calculation. The equivalent elastic analysis method was used to carry out seismic performance design to ensure performance requirements of main components under the action of fortification and rare earthquakes. SAUSAGE software was used to conduct the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis to ensure that the structure does not collapse under rare earthquake and finds the weak parts to strengthen. The analysis results show that the structures has good seismic performance and can achieve the performance-based seismic design goals of “three-level”.
