[摘要]鑒于板鋼筋保護(hù)層厚度不滿足驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的情況非常普遍,通過研究保護(hù)層厚度偏差現(xiàn)狀,分析了除施工環(huán)節(jié)外,其他影響保護(hù)層厚度質(zhì)量控制的因素,指出過于嚴(yán)格的驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和較大的施工難度是導(dǎo)致保護(hù)層厚度偏差的主要原因,提出在保證施工質(zhì)量控制水平的前提下,應(yīng)適度放寬驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、降低施工難度,并給出了調(diào)整驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案的具體建議,可為解決實(shí)際問題提供技術(shù)參考。

Discussion and suggestion on deviation of reinforcement cover thickness for slab

Abstract: It is very common that the thickness of reinforcement cover of slab does not meet the acceptance standard. By studying the current situation of the thickness deviation of the reinforcement cover, factors affecting the quality control of the thickness of the reinforcement cover were analyzed except the construction. It is pointed out that the main reasons for the thickness deviation of the reinforcement cover are too strict acceptance standards and great construction difficulty, and the acceptance standards should be relaxed appropriately to reduce the construction difficulty under the premise of ensuring the construction quality control level, and specific suggestions were provided for adjusting the acceptance criteria and optimizing the design plan, which can provide technical reference for solving practical problems.
