[摘要]通過對2根經(jīng)環(huán)氧注漿裂縫修補后的鋼筋混凝土梁進行由下向上兩點加載試驗,研究對比修補前后裂縫開展寬度、位置及荷載撓度曲線等的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,環(huán)氧樹脂因良好的滲透性,不僅使經(jīng)環(huán)氧樹脂修補后的裂縫及周邊混凝土得到有效加強,實現(xiàn)了“被粘物破壞”機制;而且可顯著提高鋼筋混凝土梁的初裂荷載,增強其抗彎剛度和抗裂性,對受力裂縫有著良好的修補效果。同時,基于現(xiàn)場注漿實際操作時間,引入折減系數(shù),提出了修正后的計算注漿擴散半徑公式。

Research on mechanical properties of bending members after repairing cracks by epoxy grouting

Abstract: Two reinforced concrete beams repaired by epoxy grouting were tested by two-point loading from bottom to top, and the variation of crack width, position and load deflection curve before and after repair were studied. The results show that the epoxy resin can effectively strengthen the cracks and surrounding concrete repaired by epoxy resin because of its good permeability, and realize the mechanism of "adhesion failure"; moreover, it can significantly improve the initial crack load of reinforced concrete beam, enhance its bending stiffness and crack resistance, and has a good repair effect on stress cracks. At the same time, based on the actual operation time of field grouting, the modified formula for calculating grouting diffusion radius was proposed by introducing reduction coefficient.
