［摘要］通過(guò)對(duì)“8.8九寨溝地震”震后8棟山地建筑沉降傾斜原因進(jìn)行分析，提出震后建筑物地基基礎(chǔ)加固設(shè)計(jì)方法，采用彈簧支座模擬分析傾斜后建筑變形并計(jì)算千斤頂頂升力，采用剪力墻體內(nèi)頂升并分析不同階段墻體受力情況，運(yùn)用一種簡(jiǎn)易的單向抗側(cè)裝置抵抗水平荷載并限制墻體平面外錯(cuò)位。實(shí)踐證明，采用該方法進(jìn)行山地建筑物震后糾傾加固可保障安全、縮短工期、得到良好效果。

Emergency inclination-rectifying and reinforcement technology research and engineering application of mountain buildings after earthquake

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the causes of settlement inclination of eight mountain buildings after the “8.8 Jiuzhaigou earthquake”. The strengthening design method of building foundation after earthquake is put forward. Spring support was used to simulate and analyze the building deformation after inclination and calculate the lifting axial force. The internal jacking-up of shear wall is adopted and the stress of wall in different stages is analyzed. A simple anti-lateral device was used to resist horizontal loads and limit out-of-plane displacement of walls.The practice shows that the method can ensure safety, shorten the construction period and obtain good results.
