帶缺陷鋼筋混凝土疊合梁斜截面抗剪性能試驗(yàn)研究*

摘 要

[摘要]為了研究疊合面的缺陷對(duì)疊合梁構(gòu)件斜截面抗剪能力的削弱程度,通過在疊合梁彎剪段疊合面上放置不同長度的泡沫板,模擬了在生產(chǎn)制造、裝配施工階段出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量缺陷。試驗(yàn)研究了帶缺陷的鋼筋混凝土疊合梁的抗裂性能、抗剪承載力、破壞特征以及在這個(gè)過程中箍筋的作用。結(jié)果表明:與無缺陷試件相比,2根帶缺陷試件的開裂剪力分別降低了6.3%和37.5%,極限抗剪承載力分別降低了25.6%和39.5%;在斜裂縫出現(xiàn)前,3根試件的剛度和豎向裂縫發(fā)展均與一般整澆梁類似;在斜裂縫出現(xiàn)后,疊合面缺陷尺寸越大的試件,箍筋越早受力并率先發(fā)生屈服,試件剛度顯著下降;疊合面存在缺陷的試件彎剪段最終破壞裂縫均呈現(xiàn)出相似的形狀特征,且與無缺陷試件有較大差異。

Experimental study on shear resistance of oblique section of reinforced concrete composite beams with defects

Abstract: In order to study the erosion degree of shear resistance of composite beam members due to the defects of composite interface, the quality defects at the stage of production and assembly construction were simulated by placing different lengths of foam plates on the composite interface of the bending and shear section of composite beam. The crack resistance, shear bearing capacity, failure characteristics and the role of stirrups in the process of reinforced concrete composite beams with defects were studied experimentally. The results show that compared with the non-defective specimen, the cracking shear force of two specimens with defects decreases by 6.3% and 37.5% respectively, and the ultimate shear capacity decreases by 25.6% and 39.5% respectively. Before the oblique crack appears, the stiffness and the development of vertical cracks of three specimens are similar to that of the general cast-in-place beams. After the oblique crack appears, the larger the defect size of the composite interface is, the earlier the stirrups are stressed and yield first, and the stiffness of the specimen decreases more significantly. The final failure cracks in the bending shear section of the composite beams with defects in the composite interface show similar shape characteristics and are quite different from those of the non-defective specimens.
