某高層建筑高位連體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]某高層酒店項(xiàng)目是包含多棟復(fù)雜高層建筑的大型綜合發(fā)展項(xiàng)目。介紹本項(xiàng)目B棟塔樓的連體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。該塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度為187.25m,地上59層,地下4層。結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)構(gòu)的Y向高寬比達(dá)到8.9,該方向的剛度不足,通過(guò)在兩端設(shè)置“山墻”構(gòu)件提高結(jié)構(gòu)的整體抗側(cè)剛度,并通過(guò)設(shè)置鋼骨提高構(gòu)件的抗震抗拉性。結(jié)構(gòu)在29層設(shè)置轉(zhuǎn)換桁架,屬于高位連體結(jié)構(gòu)。采用性能化的分析方法對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)換桁架進(jìn)行重力與抗震分析,以滿(mǎn)足關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件性能目標(biāo)的要求。最后采用彈塑性時(shí)程分析方法檢驗(yàn)結(jié)構(gòu)及關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件在大震作用下的性能。分析結(jié)果表明,該設(shè)計(jì)滿(mǎn)足抗震性能要求。

Design of high-level connective structure for a high-rise building

Abstract: A high-rise hotel project is a large-scale comprehensive development project with multiple complex high-rise buildings. The connective structure design of tower B of the project was introduced. The structural height of tower B is 187.25m with 59 floors above the ground and 4 floors under the ground. The structure adopts reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure. The aspect ratio in Y direction of the structure reaches 8.9, and the rigidity in this direction is insufficient. The “gable wall” members are set at both ends to improve the overall lateral stiffness of the structure, and imbeded steel is set to improve the seismic and tensile resistance of the members. The transfer trusses are set on 29th floor, which is a high-level connective structure. Performance-based analysis method was applied to analyze the gravity and seismic behavior of the transfer truss, which meets the performance target requirement of the key member. Finally, the elastoplastic time history analysis method was adopted to review the performance of the structure and key members under rare earthquake. The analysis results show that the design meets the seismic performance requirements.
