三亞財經(jīng)國際論壇中心塔樓超高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計分析

[摘要]三亞財經(jīng)國際論壇中心塔樓采用混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,采用兩道加強層有效地提高整體結(jié)構(gòu)剛度。介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)單元的劃分、風(fēng)洞試驗及風(fēng)荷載的確定、地基基礎(chǔ)處理措施;對高度為194.3m的塔樓,分別進行小震下常規(guī)靜力、動力分析、中震下構(gòu)件截面承載力驗算以及大震下動力彈塑性時程分析,達到所設(shè)定的C級結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能目標(biāo);詳細分析了抗風(fēng)斜柱節(jié)點關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、罕遇地震作用下加強層對結(jié)構(gòu)的影響及相應(yīng)墻肢加強措施。結(jié)果表明:低烈度強臺風(fēng)地區(qū)超高層結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)綜合考慮豎向及平面結(jié)構(gòu)的合理化布局及全面地對重力荷載、地震作用、風(fēng)荷載的合理評估,設(shè)置兩道加強層,其剛度滿足位移要求即可,通過細致的計算對比分析和對關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的加強措施,可使得外框架、核心筒滿足中震輕微損壞(彈性)及大震輕度損壞的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Design and analysis of super high-rise tower structure of Sanya Finance International Forum Center

Abstract: Sanya Finance International Forum Center adopts a concrete frame-corewall structural system, and uses two strengthened stories to effectively improve the overall structural rigidity. The division of structural units, wind tunnel test and determination of wind load, and foundation treatment measures were introduced. For the tower with a height of 194.3m, the conventional static and dynamic analysis under frequent earthquakes, the check calculation of the member’s section bearing capacity under fortification earthquakes, and the dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes were carried out to achieve the set seismic performance objectives of class C structure. The key technology of the wind-resistant inclined column node, the influence of the strengthened stories on the structure under the action of rare earthquakes and the corresponding wall reinforcement measures were analyzed in detail. The results show that the super high-rise structure in the low-intensity and strong typhoon area should comprehensively consider the rational layout of vertical and plane structures and reasonable evaluation of gravity load, earthquake action and wind load should be provided comprehensively. Two strengthened floors should be set up, and their stiffness should meet the displacement requirements. Through careful calculation and comparison analysis, and strengthening measures for key components, the outer frame and corewall can meet the seismic performance targets of minor damage (elasticity) under fortification earthquakes and minor damage under rare earthquakes.
