[摘要]介紹了銀泰時代中心超高層塔樓續(xù)建的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計情況。考慮已施工至4層的情況,對結(jié)構(gòu)方案調(diào)整的思路及結(jié)構(gòu)形式轉(zhuǎn)變處關(guān)鍵部位設(shè)計進(jìn)行了介紹,并對塔樓地上結(jié)構(gòu)續(xù)建前后不同設(shè)計方案在地震及風(fēng)荷載作用下的主要計算指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了比較;同時還對結(jié)構(gòu)超限情況進(jìn)行了大震彈塑性時程分析。根據(jù)比較及分析結(jié)果,提出相應(yīng)抗震加強措施,并對已建成部分結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)加固處理。結(jié)果表明,塔樓續(xù)建設(shè)計方案合理,能滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范要求。

Continued construction design of Yintai Time Center super high-rise tower

Abstract:The structural design of continued construction of Yintai Time Center super high-rise tower was introduced. Considering the situation that the tower has been constructed to four floors, the idea of structural plan adjustment and the design of key parts of the structural form change were introduced, and the main calculation indexes of different design schemes before and after the continued construction of the tower’s ground structure under the action of earthquakes and wind loads were compared; At the same time, elastic-plastic time history analysis under large earthquakes for the structural out-of-code situation was carried out. According to the comparison and analysis results, the corresponding seismic strengthening measures were put forward, and the corresponding reinforcement treatment was carried out for some of the built structures. The results show that the design scheme for the continued construction of the tower is reasonable and can meet the requirements of relevant specifications.
