[摘要]采用PKPM軟件研究了外填充墻受力方式和材料變化對高層住宅剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能的影響規(guī)律。分析結(jié)果表明:外圍加氣混凝土砌體填充墻全改為鋼筋混凝土剪力墻而形成的全現(xiàn)澆外墻剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),可以增加原外圍加氣混凝土砌體填充墻結(jié)構(gòu)的整體剛度,減小原外圍加氣混凝土砌體填充墻結(jié)構(gòu)的總側(cè)移;兩個(gè)主軸方向增加的外剪力墻數(shù)量差別較大時(shí),有可能改變原外圍加氣混凝土砌體填充墻結(jié)構(gòu)第一振型的振動(dòng)方向;增加的外剪力墻有可能改變原外圍加氣混凝土砌體填充墻結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度中心,使原外圍加氣混凝土砌體填充墻結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度中心偏離質(zhì)量中心,加大原外圍加氣混凝土砌體填充墻結(jié)構(gòu)的扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng);增加的外剪力墻有可能是短肢剪力墻或受力性能不好的一字形短肢剪力墻;全現(xiàn)澆外墻剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)對原外圍加氣混凝土砌體填充墻結(jié)構(gòu)的整體受力性能和局部構(gòu)件受力性能影響均較大。外圍加氣混凝土砌體填充墻全改為輕骨料混凝土填充墻而形成的剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),對原外圍加氣混凝土砌體填充墻結(jié)構(gòu)的整體受力性能影響較小,僅對局部構(gòu)件的軸壓比影響較大,輕骨料混凝土填充墻是一種較為可行的快速建造方式。

Influence of external infill wall on mechanical behavior of shear wall structure in high-rise residence

Abstract:By using software PKPM, the mechanical behaviors of the shear wall structure in high-rise residence affected by the material and form of the external infill walls were analyzed. The analysis results show that: the cast-in-place external wall shear wall structure formed by replacing the external aerated concrete masonry infill wall with reinforced concrete shear wall can increase the overall stiffness and reduce the total lateral displacement of the original external aerated concrete masonry infill wall structure. When the numbers of external shear walls increased in the two main axis directions are quite different, it is possible to change the vibration direction of the first mode shape of the original external aerated concrete masonry infill wall structure. The additional external shear wall can change the stiffness center of the original external aerated concrete masonry infill wall structure, make the stiffness center of the original external aerated concrete masonry infill wall structure deviate from the mass center, and increase the torsion effect of the original external aerated concrete masonry infill wall structure. The added external shear wall may be a short-leg shear wall or a straight-shaped short-leg shear wall with poor mechanical performance. The all-in-situ exterior wall shear wall structure has a greater impact on the overall mechanical performance and the mechanical performance of local components of the original external aerated concrete masonry infill wall structure. The external aerated concrete masonry infill wall is completely replaced by a lightweight aggregate concrete infill wall to form a shear wall structure, which has little effect on the overall mechanical performance of the original external aerated concrete masonry infill wall structure, and only has a greater influence on the axial compression ratio of the partial components. and is a more feasible and rapid construction method.
