[摘要]經(jīng)過物理和高壓化學處理后,改性橡膠木具有良好的防火和耐腐蝕性能。為促進改性橡膠木在結(jié)構(gòu)工程中的應用,對其進行力學性能試驗,研究其在不同加載條件下的破壞模式、材料性能、強度和剛度,并與市面上常見的天然木材和膠合木材的試驗結(jié)果進行對比。試驗結(jié)果表明,改性橡膠木具有良好的力學性能,可與天然木材相媲美,為改性橡膠木在木結(jié)構(gòu)工程中的應用提供基礎依據(jù)。

Experimental research on the mechanical properties of modified rubber wood

Abstract:Compared with natural wood, modified wood has many advantages such as higher strength, less material variability, and better fire and corrosion resistance. After physical and high-pressure chemical treatment, modified rubber wood has good fire and corrosion resistance. In order to promote the application of modified rubber wood in structural engineering, the mechanical performance test was carried out to study its failure mode, material performance, strength and rigidity under different loading conditions, and compared with the test results of the common natural wood and glued wood on the market. The test results show that modified rubber wood has good mechanical properties, which is comparable to natural wood, and provides a basic basis for the application of modified rubber wood in wood structure engineering.
