透榫和單向直榫木節(jié)點(diǎn)耐火極限的試驗(yàn)研究*

摘 要

[摘要]通過(guò)五個(gè)榫卯原木節(jié)點(diǎn)耐火極限試驗(yàn),對(duì)透榫和單向直榫木節(jié)點(diǎn)的升溫規(guī)律和耐火極限等進(jìn)行了研究,主要考慮了節(jié)點(diǎn)類(lèi)型和荷載比兩個(gè)參數(shù)對(duì)其耐火極限的影響。結(jié)果表明:常溫下單向直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)試件的承載力比透榫節(jié)點(diǎn)試件的承載力高;各測(cè)點(diǎn)溫度隨著受火時(shí)間的增加而升高,且?;鹬鬁囟认陆递^慢;測(cè)點(diǎn)離木截面表面距離越近,溫度越高;相同類(lèi)型的榫卯節(jié)點(diǎn),隨著荷載比的增加耐火極限減??;相同荷載比時(shí),單向直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)耐火極限比透榫節(jié)點(diǎn)稍高。

Experimental study on fire endurance of one-way straight and through mortise-tenon timber joints

Abstract:The temperature development law and fire endurance of one-way straight and through mortise-tenon timber joints were experimentally studied through fire endurance tests on five mortise-tenon timber joints, the effects of joint type and load ratio on their fire endurance were considered. Results show that the capacity of one-way straight mortise-tenon joint is higher than through mortise-tenon joints. Temperature increases with fire exposure time increasing and decreases very slowly after the fire stopped. The closer the measuring point to the surface of timber section is, the higher their temperature is. For the mortise-tenon joints of the same type, the fire endurance decreases with load ratios increase. For the mortise-tenon joints subjected to the same load ratios, the fire endurance of one-way straight mortise-tenon joint is slightly higher than through mortise-tenon joints.
