帶抗剪錨栓板柱節(jié)點抗沖切性能分析與優(yōu)化設(shè)計*

[摘要]配置抗剪錨栓是提高板柱節(jié)點的抗沖切性能與變形性能的有效手段,為研究抗剪錨栓對板柱節(jié)點抗沖切性能的影響規(guī)律,對帶抗剪錨栓板柱節(jié)點抗沖切承載力的計算方法進(jìn)行對比,建立了帶抗剪錨栓板柱節(jié)點抗沖切性能分析的1/4結(jié)構(gòu)模型,考慮不同錨栓高度、錨栓半徑、錨栓布置方式、錨栓間距、錨栓強度等參數(shù)對板柱節(jié)點抗沖切性能與變形性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:增加錨栓高度、錨栓半徑、錨栓強度、增加斜向錨栓(非正交方向)、減小錨栓間距均能提高板柱節(jié)點抗沖切承載力和延性性能,反之則降低,其中斜向錨栓(非正交方向)數(shù)量變化所產(chǎn)生的影響最為明顯。提出了板柱結(jié)構(gòu)中抗剪錨栓布置的優(yōu)化設(shè)計建議,并給出合理的參數(shù)取值范圍。

Analysis and optimization design of punching shear performance of slab-column connections with shear studs

Abstract:It is an effective method to improve the punching shear performance and deformation performance of slab-column connections by setting shear studs. In order to study the influence law of shear studs on the punching shear performance of slab-column connections, the calculation method of punching shear capacity of slab-column connections with shear studs were compared, a 1/4 structural model was established for the analysis of the punching shear performance of slab-column connections with shear studs,  the effects of different parameters including studs height, studs radius, studs arrangement, studs spacing and studs strength on the punching shear performance and deformation performance of slab-column connections were considered. And the results indicate that increasing studs height, studs radius, studs strength, the number of oblique studs (non-orthogonal direction) and decreasing studs spacing can all improve the punching shear capacity and ductility of the slab-column connections, and vice versa. Among them, the influence of the change in the number of oblique studs (non-orthogonal direction) is the most obvious. The optimal design of shear studs arrangement in slab-column structure was proposed, and the reasonable parameter range was given.
