鋼纖維混凝土管片設(shè)計(jì)及試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]鋼纖維可取代鋼筋用作混凝土管片的受力筋,但對于鋼纖維混凝土管片的設(shè)計(jì)及承載力計(jì)算尚無統(tǒng)一定論。對鋼纖維混凝土管片進(jìn)行承載能力極限狀態(tài)下應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變分析,提出了鋼纖維混凝土管片承載能力極限狀態(tài)承載力計(jì)算公式,通過對鋼纖維混凝土進(jìn)行抗壓強(qiáng)度和殘余彎曲強(qiáng)度測試,得出了不同纖維含量鋼纖維混凝土應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變關(guān)系,按照本文所提出的公式,確定了管片所需鋼纖維含量,制作了2塊鋼纖維混凝土管片,并進(jìn)行抗彎試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)表明,鋼纖維含量為40kg/m3的鋼纖維混凝土管片極限承載力為247.5kN,驗(yàn)證了該含量下鋼纖維混凝土管片可滿足延性破壞要求,其安全分項(xiàng)系數(shù)高于1.1。此外,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)鋼纖維混凝土管片破壞前并不能產(chǎn)生細(xì)而密集的裂縫,而是直接由1~2條寬大裂縫造成破壞,同時(shí)還發(fā)現(xiàn)鋼纖維混凝土管片制作時(shí)需保證鋼纖維分散的均勻性。

Design and experimental study of steel fiber reinforced concrete segments

Abstract:Steel fiber can be regarded as bearing bar and completely replace conventional rebar, but there is no unified conclusion on how to design steel fiber reinforced concrete segment (SFRCS) or compute its bearing capacity. The stress-strain analysis was conducted on SFRCS at ultimate limit state (ULS) of bearing capacity and bearing capacity calculation formula of SFRCS at ultimate limit state (ULS) of bearing capacity was put forward. The stress-strain relationship of steel fiber reinforced concrete of different fiber contents was obtained through compressive strength and residual bending strength tests, and the fiber content of SFRCS was decided through the proposed formula. Two pieces of SFRCSs were manufactured and bending tests were carried out. The test results show that the ultimate capacity of SFRCS with 40kg/m3 steel fiber content is 247.5kN, which verifies that the segments can meet the requirements of ductility failure, and its safety factor is higher than 1.1. In addition, the test also shows that SFRCS can’t produce fine and dense cracks before failure, rather than it is broken by 1~2 wide cracks. And the research discover that it is necessary to ensure the uniformity of steel fiber dispersion during the production of SFRCS.
