[摘要]CRB600H高延性冷軋帶肋鋼筋是我國近年來研制開發(fā)的強(qiáng)度高、延性好的新型小直徑帶肋鋼筋?;炷涟孱悩?gòu)件的受力鋼筋和構(gòu)造鋼筋采用CRBH600H鋼筋后可明顯減少鋼筋用量,取得較好社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。結(jié)合CRB600H鋼筋施工中調(diào)直以及由于各種原因現(xiàn)場暴露較長時(shí)間出現(xiàn)銹蝕的現(xiàn)象,針對鋼筋調(diào)直前后以及暴露30d和120d銹蝕后的重量偏差、力學(xué)和錨固性能進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)和分析。結(jié)果表明CRB600H鋼筋調(diào)直、現(xiàn)場暴露一定時(shí)間銹蝕后的重量偏差、強(qiáng)度和伸長率雖有波動(dòng),但仍能符合規(guī)范要求;銹蝕鋼筋與混凝土的黏結(jié)強(qiáng)度有所降低,暴露120d后鋼筋的銹蝕可能影響工程質(zhì)量,采用常規(guī)方法除銹后可消除這種影響,并提出了相應(yīng)的處理建議,可供CRB600H鋼筋及其他小直徑鋼筋在工程應(yīng)用中參考。

Experimental study on influence of straightening and corrosion on CRB600H steel bars mechanical and anchorage performance

Abstract:CRB600H cold rolled ribbed steel bars with improved elongation is a new small-diameter ribbed steel bars with high strength and good ductility developed in recent years in China. The amount of the steel bars used in concrete slabs can be reduced obviously and the social and economic benefits can be obtained when using of CRBH600H steel bars for forced steel bars and structural steel bars. Combined with the CRB600H steel bar straightening in the construction site and exposing for a period of time corrosion phenomenon due to various reasons, the weight deviation, mechanical and anchorage performance of steel bar before and after straightening, after exposed for 30d and 120d to surface corrosion were tested and analyzed. The results show that the weight deviation, strength and elongation of CRB600H steel bar after straightening and surface corrosion fluctuate but still meet the requirements of the code, the bond anchoring strength between corroded steel bar and concrete is reduced, after exposed for 120d the corrosion of steel bar may affect the engineering quality, this influence can be eliminated by conventional method, and some suggestions are put forward for the application of CRB600H steel bars and other small-diameter steel bars in engineering.
