裝配式建筑套筒灌漿連接系統(tǒng)膨脹約束關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究*

[摘要]接點連接性能的優(yōu)劣直接影響到裝配式建筑的整體質(zhì)量。通過對9組灌漿套筒漸進式縮徑、1組0縮徑、5組不同限制膨脹率的灌漿料,進行鋼筋錨固長度為4d和5d的套筒灌漿連接系統(tǒng)極限荷載拉撥試驗研究,考察了不同縮徑尺寸和不同端頭縮徑長度下限制膨脹率對套筒灌漿連接系統(tǒng)極限荷載的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明,端頭縮徑長度和縮小直徑相同時,隨著限制膨脹率增大,套筒灌漿連接系統(tǒng)的極限荷載均呈現(xiàn)出先增大后減小的趨勢;端頭縮徑長度不同和縮小直徑相同時,隨著端頭縮徑長度的增加,不同限制膨脹率對應的套筒灌漿連接系統(tǒng)極限荷載均呈現(xiàn)出逐步增大的趨勢;在滿足灌漿套筒體系標準要求和不影響施工的前提下,縮小直徑的尺寸應不小于3mm,端頭縮徑長度應不小于50mm,灌漿料的7d限制膨脹率應不大于0.048%,同時28d限制膨脹率要求降低得越小越好。

Research on the key technology of restrained expansion of the sleeve grouting connection system in prefabricated building

Abstract:The good or bad performance of the joint connection directly affects the overall quality of prefabricated building. By using 9 groups of grouting sleeves with progressive reducing diameter, 1 group of 0 reducing diameter and 5 groups of grouting with different restrained expansion rates, the ultimate load tensile tests of the sleeve grouting connection system with anchoring lengths of 4d and 5d were carried out. The influence of the restrained expansion rate on the ultimate load of the connection system under different necking sizes and under different end necking lengths were investigated. The test results show that the ultimate load of the sleeve grouting connection system increases first and then decreases with the increase of the restrained expansion rate, when the end necking length and necking diameter are the same. The ultimate load of the sleeve grouting connection system corresponding to different restrained expansion rates of grouting materials increases gradually with the increase of end necking length, when the end necking length is different and the necking diameter is the same. On the premise of meeting the standard requirements of grouting sleeve system and without affecting the construction, the size of necking diameter should not be less than 3mm, the end necking length should not be less than 50mm, the 7d restrained expansion rate of the grouting material should be less than 0.048%, and the 28d restrained expansion rate should be  reduced as small as possible.
