[摘要]采用有限元方法對(duì)支吊架用卷邊槽鋼軸壓構(gòu)件的彈塑性穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了研究,考慮了構(gòu)件長(zhǎng)細(xì)比、截面尺寸、初彎曲、殘余應(yīng)力等因素的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在軸壓作用下構(gòu)件不會(huì)發(fā)生局部屈曲和畸變屈曲,只能發(fā)生整體失穩(wěn);截面高度對(duì)整體失穩(wěn)形式有影響,但對(duì)穩(wěn)定系數(shù)的影響較小,壁厚對(duì)整體穩(wěn)定無(wú)影響;初彎曲對(duì)穩(wěn)定系數(shù)有明顯降低作用,且影響程度與構(gòu)件的正則化長(zhǎng)細(xì)比有關(guān);殘余應(yīng)力也對(duì)穩(wěn)定系數(shù)有降低作用,但影響不大。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,提出了整體穩(wěn)定系數(shù)的計(jì)算方法,可供設(shè)計(jì)人員參考。

Study on stability of cold-formed lipped channel steel axial compression members for supports and hangers

Abstract:The finite element method was used to study the elastic-plastic stability of lipped channel steel axial compression members for supports and hangers, taking into account the influence of such factors as slenderness ratio of the component, sectional dimension, initial bending and residual stress. The results show that the local buckling and distortion buckling will not occur in the components under the axial compression, and only the overall instability will occur; the section height has an effect on the overall instability mode, but has little effect on the stability coefficient, and the wall thickness has no effect on the overall stability; the initial bending reduce stability coefficient significantly, and the influence degree is depend on the normalized slenderness ratio of the components; the residual stress also reduces stability coefficient, but the effect is not significant. According to the analysis results, the calculation method for overall stability coefficient is presented, which can be used as reference for designers.
