[摘要]針對門式剛架冷彎薄壁Z形檁條,提出通過附加綴板的加固方式提高Z形檁條的穩(wěn)定性能及承載能力。然后利用ABAQUS軟件建立了對于Z形檁條的單側(cè)斜撐式綴板加固模型、雙側(cè)斜撐式綴板加固模型以及單側(cè)L形綴板加固模型,并對其進(jìn)行非線性屈曲分析,研究了不同加固間距情況下3種增設(shè)綴板加固方案對于4,6,7.5m長Z形檁條的穩(wěn)定性能和強(qiáng)度性能的提升效果。計算結(jié)果表明,綴板加固方案適用于長度較大的檁條加固,且雙側(cè)加設(shè)綴板的加固方案較單側(cè)加設(shè)綴板的加固方案更能有效提升Z形檁條的屈曲荷載以及承載能力。

Finite element analysis of reinforcement of cold-formed thin-walled Z-shaped purlin

Abstract:Aiming at the cold-formed thin-walled Z-shaped purlins of the portal frame, a reinforcement method was put forward to improve the stability and bearing capacity of the Z-shaped purlin by adding batten plates. Then ABAQUS software was used to establish three models for Z-shaped purlins including unilaterally braced batten plate reinforcement model, bilaterally braced batten plate reinforcement model and unilateral L-shaped batten plate reinforcement model, and the nonlinear buckling analysis was carried on. The improvement effects of three additional batten plate reinforcement schemes on the stability and strength performance of 4m, 6m and 7.5m long Z-shaped purlins under different reinforcement spacing were studied. The calculation results show that the batten plate reinforcement scheme is suitable for the reinforcement of longer purlins, and the bilaterally braced batten plate reinforcement scheme can effectively improve the buckling load and bearing capacity of the Z-shaped purlin than the unilaterally braced batten plate reinforcement scheme.
