部分包覆鋼-混凝土組合構件中主鋼件翼緣的局部穩(wěn)定性能研究

[摘要]部分包覆鋼-混凝土組合構件因兩種組成材料的相互約束,能大幅增強H型鋼翼緣的局部穩(wěn)定性,因而設計時可以采用較大寬厚比的板件。增大冀緣寬厚比能提高鋼材利用效率,但也存在降低構件承載能力和塑性變形能力的風險。對這類構件中鋼翼緣板受壓條件下的局部穩(wěn)定性能進行了研究,推導了彈性與彈塑性失穩(wěn)條件下的臨界應力與冀緣寬厚比;根據(jù)試驗研究結果,分析了翼緣寬厚比和連桿間距對構件延性的影響;討論了現(xiàn)行規(guī)范有關規(guī)定的合理性。結果表明:混凝土單側約束能大幅提高鋼板的局部穩(wěn)定臨界應力,并可由此推導出PEC構件中主鋼件翼緣板的寬厚比限值;當設置連桿約束時,在一定范圍內采用較密的連桿間距,可以滿足較大寬厚比截面的塑性承載的要求。

Research on local stability performance of main steel flange in partially-encased composite steel and concrete members

Abstract:The local stability of H-shaped steel flange in partially-encased composite steel and concrete (PEC) members  may be enhanced because of their mutual restraint of steel and concrete materials, therefore, the plate with relative large width-thickness ratio can be adopted in design. Increasing the flange width-thickness ratio can improve the efficiency of steel utilization, but there is also the risk of reducing the load-bearing capacity and plastic deformability of members. The local stability performance of mian steel flange under compression in PEC members was studied, and the critical stress and width-thickness ratio under elastic and elastoplastic instability conditions were derived; referring to test results, the effects of steel flange width-thickness ratio and the interval of links on the ductility of members were analyzed; the rationality of the current specification about the local stability was discussed. The results show that concrete unilateral restraint can greatly increase the local stability critical stress of steel plate, and the flange width-thickness ratio limit of the main steel flange plate in the PEC member can be derived, when setting the link constraint, a small interval is used within a certain range, which can meet the requirements of plastic load-bearing of the section with a larger width-to-thickness ratio.
