[摘要]將貫入法引入文物建筑傳統(tǒng)灰漿抗壓強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)當(dāng)中,以純白灰、多種配比白灰砂漿以及摻灰泥等傳統(tǒng)灰漿為研究對(duì)象,研究了手工青磚砌體中傳統(tǒng)灰漿灰縫和灰漿試塊貫入深度的相關(guān)關(guān)系,得出了線(xiàn)性回歸公式;進(jìn)行了傳統(tǒng)灰漿抗壓強(qiáng)度隨齡期增長(zhǎng)試驗(yàn),建立了各種灰漿抗壓強(qiáng)度隨齡期增長(zhǎng)曲線(xiàn),依據(jù)《貫入法檢測(cè)砌筑砂漿抗壓強(qiáng)度技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ/T 136—2017)規(guī)定的測(cè)強(qiáng)曲線(xiàn)制定方法,建立了傳統(tǒng)灰漿貫入法測(cè)強(qiáng)曲線(xiàn)。通過(guò)實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目的驗(yàn)證,表明該曲線(xiàn)的精度較好,可用于文物建筑墻體砌筑所研究種類(lèi)的傳統(tǒng)灰漿的貫入法測(cè)強(qiáng)。

Experimental study on testing compressive strength of traditional mortar by penetration resistance method

Abstract:The penetration resistance method was introduced into the compressive strength testing of traditional mortar for cultural heritage building. Taking traditional mortar as the research object, such as pure lime, lime mortar with various proportions and mortar, the correlation between the traditional mortar joints and the penetration depth of mortar test blocks in manual green brick masonry was studied, and a linear regression formula was obtained. The traditional mortar compressive strength growth test with age was carried out, the curves of compressive strength growth of various mortars with age were established. According to the formulation method of testing strength curve required in Technical specification for testing compressive strength of masonry mortar by penetration resistance method (JGJ/T 136—2017), the testing strength curve of traditional mortar penetration resistance method was established. The verification of actual engineering projects shows that the accuracy of the curve is good, and it can be used to measure the strength of the traditional mortar of the type studied in the wall masonry of cultural heritage buildings.
