[摘要]結(jié)合實(shí)際文物修繕保護(hù)工程的需要,制備以純白灰、白灰砂漿、摻灰泥等傳統(tǒng)灰漿為粘結(jié)材料的手工青磚砌體試件,進(jìn)行彎曲抗拉強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn),分析了該類砌體彎曲抗拉破壞特征和彎曲抗拉強(qiáng)度。結(jié)果表明,以傳統(tǒng)灰漿為粘結(jié)材料的手工青磚砌體的彎曲抗拉破壞是在純彎區(qū)沿青磚和灰漿界面處的斷裂破壞,脆性特征明顯,其彎曲抗拉強(qiáng)度顯著低于具有相同砂漿強(qiáng)度的以現(xiàn)代砂漿為粘結(jié)材料的燒結(jié)普通磚砌體。采用最小二乘法對(duì)規(guī)范彎曲抗拉強(qiáng)度平均值計(jì)算式進(jìn)行了修正,建立了適用于以傳統(tǒng)灰漿為粘結(jié)材料的手工青磚砌體彎曲抗拉強(qiáng)度平均值計(jì)算公式,建議了適用于該類砌體的彎曲抗拉強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值。

Experimental study on bending tensile strength of manual gray brick masonry with traditional mortars as bonding materials

Abstract:Combined with the needs of the renovation and protection projects of actual cultural relics, specimens of the manual gray brick masonry with traditional mortars made of lime, lime-sand, mud-lime as bonding materials were prepared and the bending tensile strength test was carried out to analyze the bending tensile failure characteristics and bending tensile strength of the masonry. The results show that the bending tensile failure of the manual gray brick masonry with traditional mortars as bonding materials is the fracture failure at the interface between the blue brick and the mortar in the pure bending zone, and its brittleness is obvious. Moreover its bending tensile strength is significantly lower than that of ordinary brick masonry with modern mortars of the same strength as bonding materials. The calculation formula of the average bending tensile strength in the code was modified by the least square method, and a formula for calculating the average bending tensile strength of the manual gray brick masonry with traditional mortars as bonding materials was established. The design value of the bending tensile strength of this kind of masonry was recommended.
