[摘要]上海君康金融廣場地下3層,地上設(shè)5棟9~11層塔樓。5棟塔樓樓層平面呈花瓣狀環(huán)形設(shè)置,并在多處不同標高連體形成環(huán)狀。項目為平面和豎向多項一般不規(guī)則的超限高層建筑,連體采用滑動支座的弱連接形式,將整體結(jié)構(gòu)簡化為多個單體進行分析,針對超限情況進行計算分析,計算結(jié)果表明:通過采取對關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件提高性能要求,并采用型鋼混凝土加強部分構(gòu)件等有針對性的措施,結(jié)構(gòu)的各項性能指標滿足規(guī)范要求。

Structural design of out-of-code high-rise buildings of Shanghai Junkang Financial Plaza

Abstract:Shanghai Junkang Financial Plaza has 3 floors underground and 5 towers with 9-11 floors above the ground. The floor plan of the 5 towers is arranged in a petal-like ring, and is connected in multiple locations at different elevations to form a ring. This project includes out-of-code high-rise buildings with a number of general irregularities in plan and vertical arrangements. The conjoined structure adopts the weak connection form of sliding bearings, which separates the overall structure into multiple units for analysis. The calculation and analysis for the out-of-code were conducted. The calculation results show that by adopting targeted measures such as improving the performance requirements of key components and using steel reinforced concrete to strengthen some components, the performance indicators of the structure meet the requirements of the code.
