木-混凝土組合梁螺釘連接件受力性能及計算方法研究*

[摘要]作為一種新型的組合構(gòu)件,木-混凝土組合梁具有良好的力學(xué)性能。螺釘連接件施工簡便、成本較低,并且具有較好的延性,被廣泛地應(yīng)用于木-混凝土組合體系中。通過4組推出試驗對木-混凝土組合梁螺釘連接件的抗剪性能進行研究,重點分析了混凝土種類和螺釘直徑對螺釘連接件受力性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:使用輕骨料混凝土代替普通混凝土對螺釘連接件的受力性能沒有明顯影響;隨著螺釘直徑的增大,連接件的承載能力和剛度顯著提高。在對螺釘?shù)膶嶋H受力狀態(tài)進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了木-混凝土組合梁螺釘連接件抗剪承載力的理論計算模型。與歐洲規(guī)范中螺釘連接件的計算公式相比,新建立的計算模型可以更為準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測木-混凝土組合梁螺釘連接件的抗剪承載力。

Study on the mechanical behavior and calculation methods of the screw connector for timber-concrete composite beams

Abstract:As a new type of composite component, the timber-concrete composite (TCC) beam has excellent mechanical performance. The screw connector is widely used in TCC systems as a result of its construction convenience, low erection cost and good ductility. Four groups of push-out tests were conducted to investigate the shear performance of timber-concrete composite beam screw connectors, considering the influence of the varying concrete type and screw diameter on the mechanical performance of screw connector. The results show that using lightweight concrete instead of normal concrete has no obvious influence on the mechanical performance of screw connectors. As the diameter of the screw increases, the bearing capacity and stiffness of screw connectors increase apparently. On the basis of analyzing the actual stress state of the screw, the calculation model for the shear capacity of timber-concrete composite beam screw connections was established. By comparison with the calculation formulas for screw connectors proposed in Eurocode, the new-established calculation model can make better prediction of the shear capacity of timber-concrete composite beam screw connectors.
