邯鄲環(huán)球中心超長混凝土地下結構施工期間裂損原因有限元彈塑性時程分析

[摘要]國內(nèi)大型綜合體建筑群常配建超長混凝土地下結構,其超長程度遠大于相關規(guī)范限值要求,但目前結構設計普遍僅憑概念、假定、經(jīng)驗和常規(guī)構造措施控制混凝土成型收縮裂損,且缺少對各項抗裂措施預期綜合效果的驗算復核,導致此類結構的抗裂損滲漏性能和耐久性能均存在較大不確定性。邯鄲環(huán)球中心項目的超長混凝土地下結構東西方向總長為580m,南北方向總寬為108m,裙房區(qū)域為混凝土筏板基礎,施工期間地下結構出現(xiàn)了較嚴重裂損滲漏,其中筏板的溫度后澆帶與沉降后澆帶部位裂損滲漏尤為明顯,針對此問題采取了相應封堵措施。結合邯鄲環(huán)球中心項目的超長混凝土地下結構施工期間裂損滲漏實例,基于地下結構整體模型,模擬該結構實際成型過程,取其混凝土各時段的強度與彈性模量為齡期的函數(shù),進行結構成型收縮拉應力彈塑性時程分析,依此驗算復核了該地下結構施工期間主要抗裂措施的有效性,有限元分析數(shù)據(jù)與裂縫檢測結果基本相符,所述計算方法和技術分析可為同類結構抗裂設計提供參考。

Finite element elastoplastic time-history analysis for crack causes in super-long concrete underground structure of Handan Global Center during construction period

Abstract:The super-long concrete underground structure of large complex buildings in China is much longer than the limit value requirement of relevant regulations. However, at present, structural design generally controls shrinkage crack damage of concrete forming only by concept, experience, assume with using conventional structural measures, also is a lack of checking calculation for the expected comprehensive effect of various anti-crack measures, which leads to more uncertainty of anti-crack leakage and durability of such structures. The total east-west length of the super-long concrete underground structure of Handan Global Center project is 580m, its total north-south width is 108m, and the podium area is set as the reinforced concrete raft foundation. During the construction period, local areas of the underground structure appeared serious crack and leakage, especially in the temperature post-pouring zone of raft and near settlement post-pouring zone, and corresponding crack sealing measures were taken to solve these problems. Based on the example of crack and leakage during construction of super-long concrete underground structure in Handan Global Center project, the actual forming process of the structure was simulated based on the integral model of underground structure, and the strength & elastic modulus of the concrete in each period were taken as function of its age to conduct elastoplastic time-history analysis for shrinkage tensile stress of the structure forming. Based on this calculation, effectiveness of the main anti-crack measures during its construction of the underground structure was checked. The finite element analysis data was basically consistent with the crack detection results. The calculation method and technical analysis in this paper could be as reference for the anti-crack design of similar structures.
