鋼-混凝土組合轉(zhuǎn)換桁架在超高層結(jié)構(gòu)改造中的應(yīng)用與分析

[摘要]介紹上海某一帶6層裙房的超高層改造加固工程,裙房1~3層拆除多個(gè)混凝土框架柱后,形成了大跨度轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu),采用了雙榀鋼-混凝土組合轉(zhuǎn)換桁架進(jìn)行加固。采用YJK和ETABS軟件進(jìn)行整體結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算,分析了整體結(jié)構(gòu)加固后的周期、位移比、剛度比、基底剪力等主要結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)影響因素;采用ABAQUS軟件對(duì)桁架的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,分析了桁架在多遇地震和設(shè)防地震作用下的應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變。結(jié)果表明,雙榀鋼-混凝土組合轉(zhuǎn)換桁架具有良好的適應(yīng)性;在整體結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算中,滿足設(shè)防地震不屈服要求;關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)在多遇地震和設(shè)防地震作用下基本處于彈性狀態(tài),滿足抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的要求。

Application and analysis of steel-concrete composite conversion truss in renovation project of super high-rise structure

Abstract:A super high-rise strengthening and renovation project with a 6-story podium in Shanghai was introduced, multiple concrete frame columns were removed from the first to third floors of the podium to form a large-span conversion structure which was strengthened by double steel-concrete composite conversion trusses. YJK and ETABS software were used to calculate the overall structure, and the main structural design factors  such as the natural period, displacement ratio, stiffness ratio and base shear force of the strengthened structure were analyzed; the ABAQUS software was used to calculate the key nodes of the truss and analyze the stress and strain of the truss under frequent earthquakes and fortification earthquakes. The results show that the double steel-concrete composite conversion trusses have good adaptability; in overall structure calculation, it meets the requirements of non-yielding under fortification earthquakes; the key nodes are basically in an elastic state under the action of frequent earthquakes and fortification earthquakes, meeting the performance-based seismic design requirements for key components.
