[摘要]整體鋼平臺模架裝備是超高建筑物和構(gòu)筑物建造的關(guān)鍵。基于傳統(tǒng)整體鋼平臺模架、智能控制整體鋼平臺模架的發(fā)展歷程,重點論述了內(nèi)筒外架支撐式整體鋼平臺模架裝備、臨時鋼柱支撐式整體鋼平臺模架裝備、勁性鋼柱支撐式整體鋼平臺模架裝備、鋼梁與筒架交替支撐式整體鋼平臺模架裝備、鋼柱與筒架交替支撐式整體鋼平臺模架裝備的技術(shù)發(fā)展。同時對整體鋼平臺模架裝備的一體化技術(shù)進行了介紹。整體鋼平臺模架裝備的理論基礎(chǔ)與技術(shù)體系可為今后該技術(shù)的應(yīng)用提供參考和借鑒。

Technology research and application of the integral steel platform formwork equipment

Abstract: The integral steel platform formwork equipment is the key to the construction of ultra-high buildings and structures. Based on the development path of traditional integral steel platform formwork and intelligent control of integral steel platform formwork, the technical development of integral steel platform formwork equipment supported by inner cylinder and outer frame, temporary steel columns support type integral steel platform formwork equipment, stiff steel column support type integral steel platform formwork equipment, integral steel platform formwork alternately supported by steel beams and cylinder frames, and integral steel platform formwork alternately supported by steel columns and cylinder frames were discussed emphatically. At the same time, the integrated technology of integral steel platform formwork equipment was introduced. The theoretical basis and technical system of the integral steel platform formwork equipment can provide reference for the application of this technology in the future.
